Evening Everyone!
Hope you all enjoyed your weekend and that your week is starting off on a good note.
We had a busy weekend around here. Spent most of it at Grandpa's house. Saturday was spent doing laundry and house work in the morning and putting up the Halloween decorations at grandpa's in the afternoon. Of course there was the trick or treating Saturday night!
Sunday we took every thing down and I did yard clean up for two more clients. Some how I also managed to make a Carrot cake from scratch with the little ones help on Sunday with cream cheese frosting. ummm that sounds good, I might have to go snag a piece to enjoy while I finish this post up!
Today the little one and I made banana bread and we did our standard Monday trip to the grocery store. Milk Monday 4 gallons for $9.00,we don't dare miss that for the amount of milk that we drink in a week. It was also bill paying day. Normally I hate bill day, it puts me in a foul mood, but this month it wasn't to bad since we just sold off one of the properties a couple of weeks ago. It was nice to be able to pay off a couple of the contractor accounts but at the same time it sucks handing over that amount of money. I'm sure any business can relate to that.
That's pretty much it for now. I have 8 clients lined up for this week. I know that don't sound like much but when you don't own any equipment (riding mowers ect) and do most of it by hand with a little one in tow it can drag out at times. I'm also currently in the middle of a high school kit and a couple of others that are strangling along. So if I don't say a whole lot this week just know that I'm really busy and probably just wiped out. I have not forgotten about you! Your freebies will still be here! It's supposed to rain Tuesday so who knows how big of a monkey wrench that will throw in.
